Our oenological adventure begins in the vineyards, where each plant is cultivated with meticulous care using the cappuccina and guyot systems, guaranteeing only a few bunches of grapes per plant. This approach allows the vines to focus on producing grapes of extraordinary quality, rich in character and expression.
Our white wines are a celebration of structure and drinkability. Our selection of red wines consists in three distinctive expressions: Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Refosco, each aged in wood for at least a year. The Merlot Riserva, known as Torlem, is the pinnacle of our production, made exclusively from the best vintages and refined with special care to exalt elegance and complexity.
